Wasn't this an upgrade in Shadowrun?
Scientists have experimented with using nanoparticles to help grow denser bone. Now all we need is vat-grown muscle replacements and wired reflexes and we'll be set to take down Aztechnology.

I ran a 6 month Shadowrun campaign back in college. One of the best games I ever ran.
Haven't played the XBOX360 game, though, if that was the shame you were referring to. I did play the Sega Genesis one, though.
